Returns and Exchanges

Orders are eligible for return if they are received by The Crystal Boot within 14 days of the PURCHASE DATE with the receipt and original tags on the item. Returns will only receive store credit…NO REFUNDS.  They must be in their original condition, this includes but is not limited to cigarette smoke, perfumes, animal hair, obvious wear, and etc. All jewelry must be inspected on arrival. You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the package if there is damage. If not its not eligible for return. Once you have it and its fine it is your property. Original Shipping charges are not refundable and all return shipping is the customers responsibility.
