Shipping policy

We ship all items for a flat rate through the USPS. It is a $8 flat rate on orders under $199. Over $200 shipping is free! We have a turn around time of 3-5 days, but during the week days we will aim at shipping the same or next day. Unless we are on the road doing a show, then orders will take longer to ship out. The Crystal Boot is not responsible for lost packages.
